I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Chicago, IL) in May 2013
Interview
Pretty straight forward. All behavioral questions for an interview like this. They just want someone who is willing to work hard and can get along with everyone on the team. I would say that this is a great opportunity for someone looking to intern after their sophomore year, especially since UBS is a good brand name

What skills do you plan to gain while at this internship?
One online zoom call with PWM advisor and associate. Mostly behavioral and market questions - be prepared for some some scenario analysis (ex: if a client won the lottery for $50,000,000 - how you invest it and what is the breakdown across asset classes).
