Applied online and got a phone call 1 week later for an interview the next day.
Met with the unit manager and was shown around the unit then went into a small office for the 1:1 interview. Was asked typical interview questions then clinical scenario/ questions.

Typical interview questions: Why uci? What is your great strength and weakness? What does teamwork mean to you? Tell me about a time you resolved a conflict/issue when a colleague.
Clinical questions: geriatric pt w new onset confusion, elevated temp, normal BP, elevated HR, foul smelling urine, normal pulse ox.
What would you do/what do u suspect? What labwork do you think the dr will order? How many cultures? What treatment do you anticipate for the pt? SIRS. Sepsis protocol.

Interview process was easy. One zoom interview with two managers. Notified of decision the following week. Onboarding process can take some time. Overall an easy and stress free experience. Staff members are really nice.
