Applied through website and received a request for a phone interview within 2 days. After the phone interview, I was told that I could potentially interview with 3 people in total, the dept manager, clinical trials manager and an additional person. After the panel interview I was told if I passed, I would then interview with the dept manager and clinical trials manager again. All interview questions focused on behavioral type situations, experience and strengths/weaknesses
