You speak to a student manager and the Lead. Interviews are usually done by 2 or 3 people. First they call you to schedule an interview. The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. Pretty short. Make sure to come dress because they really judge you on your appearance. Overall experience of the interview wasnt as bad. Its a simply interview, nothing to stress over about. Just speak slow and calmly and you'll be fine
