Super informal. I arrived to a panel of 6 who were very casual. Did not ask personal/typical questions "tell us about yourself". Only asked experience/situational type questions. Overall I felt confident the interview went well, it was 30min. After a wk I received an email I didn't get the position and a more qualified candidate was selected. I am pursuing my bachelors but I do not have a degree or cert which I feel negatively affected my chance. I have 4yrs experience related areas of the position. I felt I was offered an interview because they had HR requirements to fill, I don't think I ever had a chance without a degree but I appreciate the interview experience. Dress for success & don't stress.
