I applied for an enrollment services position and went through 2 different interviews. The last one was with the director and they let me know that they will inform me within 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass by and they never said anything so I decided to reach out to the director and even then they never responded to me. I was waiting to hear back and unfortunately lost out on a position because I was waiting for their response. It is upsetting that they couldn't at least reach out to let me know that I had not gotten the position. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed. It is understandable if someone else gets the position, but please be mindful of the fact that candidates take the time out of their day to meet with you, and sometimes this process could potentially have them miss out on other opportunities.
