I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UC San Diego (La Jolla, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
Group interview where they would ask us questions and we would answer one by one. They would do lots of scenarios, which was nice to be in a group setting for so you had some time to think. Pretty laid-back interview. The interviewers were pretty friendly as well and made you feel comfortable to be there. I think they are pretty open to hiring students so it was a pretty easy process and not too nerve-wracking.
