There was first a phone interview, where I was asked some general questions including whether I was currently working somewhere else; questions about my characteristics; and what, if anything, would pull me away from working for the Loss Prevention department. After the phone interview, I was called again and told to come in for an in-person interview. This in person interview was again mostly questions about my characteristics. There were questions pertaining to any previous experience with Loss Prevention or retail.
