It was a panel interview of four people, two of which were from different, but related departments. All were very pleasant, and they took turns asking questions from a script. I fully appreciate that there were likely other meetings scheduled following my interview, but I felt rushed toward the end, and it was plainly obvious that the position’s supervisor was done, even before I had a chance to ask my questions. Having taken the time to meet with them personally (and follow up with a thank you), I expected the minimum of a “No, thanks”. There was nothing.
