Need to bypass robots- application will then get forwarded to dept. Once with department, you will interview with a full panel. Interview is about 1.5 hours long. Referrals needed.
Went well interviewed early morning received offer later that day. the questions that were asked were on task with the job description and the search committee was wonderful. I was able to be myself and show who I am which is not always common.
