      I had to reach out to lots of professors, and when one had lab availability they reached out and we discussed the responsibilities. Very easy process, but must be diligent.

      Interview

      Phone and then zoom interview. The interview was average and pleasant. First there was an HR phone call, then a call with the supevisor, then a zoom interview with a couple of employees. The last round of interview is with the manager themselves.

      Got an interview from a biomechanics lab. It was mainly focused on their research topics and gauging if it fits my background. I only shared my background for 15 minutes, and that was enough for them to make decisions.
