      Several interviews. 3 separate occasions interviewed by 3 people each time. Regular questions about food safety and other dining and hospitality issues. They also asked questions about my experience and asked questions if I was comfortable driving certain types of vehicles and types of normal other Chen equipment.

      Panel via Zoom. Three people alternated asking questions and then took notes on my responses. All pretty run of the mill questions. Took about 30 minutes total. Very thorough process; takes a while to get an offer.
