Called me after submitting my application and scheduled an in-person interview at UCSD campus in the Recreation Center area. The supervisors all joined, sat around me in a meeting room and asked me questions about my experience related to working with people and children, with outdoor activity and child program implementing, as well as my experience and approach to inspiring, encouraging, teaching, counseling and guiding groups of children.
