I submitted a resume to Temporary Employment Services for a general position. A month later I received a call out of the blue about a position they felt I was a good fit for. One week later I had a 15 minute phone interview during which they asked anecdotal-based questions. A week after that I came in for an in-person interview during which they asked basically the same questions, they just wanted to see if they liked me.
