Interviewed in person in the department office. I was interviewed by the current Program Support person and the direct supervisor. I know this has changed since I left. Now hiring is by Supervisors, Department Dean and other Department Managers. Was asked simple questions about my knowledge of UCSB and the department. Was given a brief description of the nature of the position and was asked how my qualifications met the needs of the job.
