I applied online by using the ER system and the advisor sent me an email to schedule an interview with her and a returning peer advisor. She emailed me some questions to prepare and asked the exact same questions during the interview. They interviewed a lot of candidates with two open position.

It was very helpful and not too difficult. When I came in for an interview, they gave us a list of questions that would potentially be asked and we had time to prepare and think about our answers before the interview. I was interviewed by current advisors that I would be working with.
