After applying online you will probably only get a response if they pick you for an interview - no surprise there. They do have a application/career online portal where you can see the status of jobs you've applied to, however. This online portal is only updated by HR and will reflect whether or not you've been picked for an interview, etc. You'll probably find out via direct contact if you've been picked before you'd ever see it online. If you're picked for an interview, you'll get a call or an email to come in for a panel interview. Very standard panel interview. The managers/the people who will be above you (if you get the position) typically hold the interview and they can choose whomever they please to be on the panel as well. Additionally, they can choose their own questions to ask you. They are more behavioral/experience questions. Not a difficult interview. Sometimes they hold 2 or more rounds of interviews as well. I worked there and conducted interviews as well as being interviewed there...
