Phone interview first about my previous work and school experiences. Apparently they were looking for vey specific expertise and did not match what they had in mind. they were looking for familiarity with specific software which I didn't have and was not familiar with.
They were nice and considerate but unfortunately they needed more of industrial experience than working on campus experiences.
