there is a two step interview process there is a interview via zoom with the hr talent manger which they ask the typical questions, tell me about yourself, how to handle a difficult situation and your weakness and strength if the hr likes you then you will speak to the hiring manager in the specific dept you applied for which can depend on the dept

Interview
Information was presented to me by the director of Transplant about a new kidney transplant clinic.
My role as Sr. LVN would be provide direct patient care for diverse patient population within the scope of practice, working faculty physicians, fellows, residents, medical students, nursing staff, patient services staff and ancillary personnel. The Licensed Vocational Nurse must be able to work with a primary nursing model as delivery care systems and follow established university, hospital, and departmental work policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Question 1
How heavy was clinic flow in my current department? How big was our staff in this department? How many MD did I assist in clinic?

Interview
Applied online around mid January, got a phone call to schedule a phone interview about 2 weeks later for the next week.
Phone interview (first week February), then got a phone call to schedule an in-person interview for end of February.
Did not hear back until April, months of communicating through email and filling out forms; went to get pre-employment physical/TB test/LiveScan done in August; got official offer in September, started job in October.
