I first met with one of the counselors for ~30 minutes who asked me generic interview questions (Strengths, weaknesses, how I handle projects, biggest challenges, etc.) I then met with two members of clerical staff for ~5 minutes. I spoke with the mainly to get a feel of office culture and how I would fit in with the team.
