It was a little weird. I interviewed with some folks by phone and others face to face. It took about 6 hours, I was bought lunch, and interviewed with nearly everyone on the engineering staff...10 people or so. All but a few of the interviewers just wanted to get back to work and pretty much used the time to make sure I fit more than grilled me with questions.
