I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UF Health
Interview
The interview was with both nurse managers, very laid back and conversation flowed easily. It was about 45 minutes long, and included a tour of the hospital as well. I got my an offer a few hours after the interview. It was a very quick process.

Interview
Interview with recruiter was great. Then interview with RN unit manager of the Observation Unit was abruptly changed with another person, less than five minutes and never heard of them, not even an email saying that I was not selected. Very unprofessional.
Super easy. First, you go to HR, then they walk you over to the unit to meet with the manager. The manager will have either another staff member or the Quality nurse in the interview. They are big on BSN nurses! But if you have your ADN please tell them you will enroll within a year! Stress how you will get your BSN!
