If you're not in a hurry and don't mind being ghosted, UF Health is a great place to apply for a job.
About three weeks after applying, I got an email from the manager asking if I was still interested in the position. Two weeks later, we connected by phone. It was friendly and pretty casual. Mainly, we talked about my background and interest in the role.
About two to three weeks later, I was invited to a round of back-to-back interviews with others on the comms team over Zoom. I followed up after a week or so and still haven't heard back several months later.
Pretty bad experience for a job that's in decent demand elsewhere.
