The interview process was not the best. I was given a prompt and able to think about it for 1 minute and then given 1 minute to record and answer. It only let me record the answer once too. This felt very impersonal, I wasn't able to speak with another human. I was just staring at myself, thinking way too hard about what I looked like, rather than focusing on answering the questions to the best of my ability. I did not like this interview method and would not recommend it.
