I had a phone interview and it went well. I was told I would hear back the next week about the next steps. No follow up. I sent two emails asking for an update. I also messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn with zero response. Ghosting is such a poor and lazy approach. I'm thankful that I didn't end up working for a company who treats people like that.
