Interview
Had an on-campus interview about 2 weeks after my university's career fair. Interview went well, pretty basic questions about resume and some behavioral questions. At the end of the interview I was told they only had a set number of people they were going to bring to do an in-office interview, and they already had filled all of their slots. They wasted my time and I lost out on 2 hours of wages to attend. Got my "official" rejection about a week later.

There were three interviews in total. One of the managers referred to my age by asking if it was all right with me to be working under people who are younger than myself. I think it is illegal to ask this kind of question.
