Phone screen with HR, personality test (Predictive Index), two phone interviews, on-site half-day interview including presentation, reference check. Final interview step was dinner. The whole process was tough but very positive. Great communication from Kronos HR and the hiring manager.
It was 4 round process. First with hiring leader, following by two panel interviews and last with HR. More situational based question basis prior experience and one should be using STAR method to answer these questions
Two personal interviews with hiring manager, one with key stakeholder, and one case study with four panelists. Following the case study there was a Q&A session with each stakeholder. The total time was one hour. Prep time two days.
