Interview
Phone interview was basically "tell me about yourself" / went over my resume. Wanted to know what, if any, Kronos products I had worked with. Asked if I was okay with travel requirements of 25%. After interview I got a link in my email to take a personality test called a Predictive Index Survey. The test consisted of 2 parts. On the first screen, it asks something like, "for the position you're applying for, select the traits the manager would want you to have" (or something close to that)...There's like 80 personality adjectives like: sympathetic, authoritative, friendly, stylish, etc... Then, the second screen it asks what traits best describes you in a work environment. I believe they were all the same adjectives you could pick from...

Question 1
Nothing unexpected was asked. It's fascinating to read about that test though (predictive index survey). It reminded me of Myers/ Briggs in a round about way. Go to PI WorldWide's website and see what it is. Good luck!

Interview
I met with a recruiter, we went over basic questions to see if I was qualified. She decided I was, said I would hear back in a week. Never heard back, two weeks later, I followed up with the recruiter and my email was ignored.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Lowell, MA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online through their website. Phone screen with recruiter. Completed Predictive Index (PI) survey, an online tool to analyze drive/motivation. In-person interview with 4 managers. They declined to make an offer because of what the PI said about me; what a waste of time. Why both interviewing someone that doesn't fit the mold?
