Interview
The phone interview, an initial screening, and the second interview, with company executives, were great, both had difficult questions but the interaction was very positive. The third interview was with managers who didn't seem prepared. The man leading it, I believe Todd, only took the half of my previously submitted resume, and realized the last few minutes of the interview. I was rather disappointed because the questions I was asked were rather probing but the interviewing panel seemed to know little to nothing about my backround or credentials. I had the distinct impression that no one present had actually reviewed my application or spoke with the initial interviewers. Prior to this third interview, I was very excited about the opportunity. Now, I am only a little confused and frankly dissapointed, it seems the decision-making leadership are not very well organized.

Interview
After applying to a number of positions at Ultimate, I finally got a call back for the Rising Stars-Customer Success Specialist position. I spoke with my Talent Acquisition Partner from the Atlanta office who explained more about the position to me. Typically, there is an online assessment to take but I had actually applied two years prior and passed (wasn't given an offer then) so I got to bypass this part. From here I had a Hireview session where I had to record myself answering various questions. I HATED doing this but I guess I did good enough since I was emailed later for a final interview panel with some of the managers of the team I would be working on. I went in for the interview and they asked me the typical questions. I felt I did ok and emailed my TAP to let her know it went well and she called me back later that night with an offer.
