UKG Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner Operations interview questions

Initial phone screen with the Recruiter was about 30 minutes and very standard, quick check on qualifications and request for current salary. Second interview was with the Hiring Manager, another 30 minute phone screen and we went over, had a great conversation, was expecting at the very minimum a follow up from the Recruiter to say "yes" or "we're sorry." I got nothing from Kronos, no answer to my follow email either. Very disappointing.
