UL Solutions Field Engineer interview questions

There were a few rounds, starting with a phone screening with internal recruiters, a phone screening with the manager, then an in person interview. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and transparent.

A phone screening, then two interviews. One by phone and another in person. For an entry level position, they couldn't ask too much about applicable experience. They are more concerned with how you will fit in with their mission and uphold the name of the company. They also want to see that you have the desire to learn and stick around for a while. Everyone who interviewed me was incredibly nice and definitely made the interviews seem more like a conversation than a normal interrogation interview. I actually had a great time during my in person interview, we all had some laughs.
