I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UL Solutions (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2023
Interview
It was a great experience. The interviewers were supportive and asked interesting questions. The overall interview was a good learning experience. I also received detailed information of the company and their projects.
Super easy interview process and I was kinda shocked how nothing technical was asked, especially when you take in account the work you are required to do. For example, I applied for the Radio Frequency Intern position and absolutely nothing related to Radio Frequency was asked.
HR emailed to schedule an interview then had an interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager scheduled the following interview with the director. Within no more than a couple of days they shared the result via email.
