First you need to find an open position in the HR website department wise and then apply with a referal so that you will get a call or else approach any employee directly and build a rappo to refer you. Then the interview will take place and you will be questioned based on your background experience and few questions related to the job you applied for.

It took a while to hear back from them and they assign your role quickly
You will work with a professor and help fulfill their duties

They also examines the hands-on related to the work that you will do.
And some general question related to work and study like how to balance both work and study together.

There are 2 rounds, first one was informal meet and greet with the director
2nd one was technical depending on the subject you will be picked for, mine was Engineering department, so it was more of defining laws and circuits.
