Went through two interviews and was ghosted. Sent follow-up emails, never got a reply. I think it's extremely unprofessional to waste a candidate's time like that. You made them sit through two interviews: you owe them a reply, even if it's a rejection. Also, the second interview was very strange. It was a group interview with four people, and it seemed like none of them knew how to conduct an interview. It also seemed like they hadn't coordinated at all. They jumped into very specific questions (as opposed to the standard "tell me about yourself,"), and there was really no cohesion to the questions or the order of them.
