Brief and straightforward. Toured the lab facility, met current staff, and sat with lab manager to discuss duties, responsibilities, lab culture/environment, and position specific details like hours and shifts available.
The manager was easy-going and open to your willingness to learn and work hard rather than perfect answers. I believe they wanted new graduates that were less experienced and would be more flexible.
