Interview
The interview was very straightforward and consisted of a tour around the unit I’d be working on. The manager was extremely friendly and concise with the expectations she held for those who’d work on the unit. Overall, the interview process was not as difficult as I initially thought. It would be great if you practiced a little for the phone interview (tell me about yourself) you’d go through before meeting the hiring staff in person. Also, always end an interview with at least two or three questions. Never not have any questions to ask your interviewer.
