The first round consisted of a phone interview, followed by another interview. The first only one person interviewed me via phone. The second phone interview, two people inquired about my experience. Then I waited and finally got an email inviting me to choose a day for an in-person interview that aactually consisted of back to back with only one short break interviews of people - most were teams - a few were alone. The end of the process consisted of me delivering a presentation of 20 minutes to approx. 20 people. This entire process (on-site) was approximately 4 - 5- hours long.
