First I submitted cover letter and resume via email, then I was called for a telephone interview, then I was asked in for an in-person interview. During the interview I was interviewed by two people who took turns asking questions, one of which was to be my future boss.

Less than 30min via zoom and the vibe is relax. I answered these questions quickly because they were all about issues that I had to deal with. All in all, the atmosphere of the meeting was pleasant and the interview was over quickly.

Very friendly. PI normally would first introduce the lab and project background and then may ask some technical questions related to the position you applied. Sometimes, if they choose you, they will let know immediately.
