Because I am not local I had 2 phone interviews. If you pass those you will have a in person interview and then I assume that is the last of the interview process.
I applied for the position and the recruiter reached out quickly. She told me about the unit and facility and arranged an interview via WebEx with the unit manager or assistant manager

The recruiter was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled an interview with the unit manager for the following week. The interview with the manager was very relaxed and conversational, allowing me to ask many questions.
