Interview was incredibly brief and straightforward -- I interviewed with a current Community Director and Resident Advisor. The interview was scheduled for February, but I did not hear back about my status until the end of March.

First you apply online and answer questions, upload your resume and add a reference. After that original screening, as long as you meet the GPA requirement (2.5) and wrote something decent, you'll move on to individual interviews. If you make it past the individual interviews then you'll attend group process. After group process, approximately a third will be released from the process, a third will be put on the alternate list an a third will be hired.

There is an interview and if you make it past the first interview, there is a group process phase. The group process phase includes a few activities that you do with other applicants that test different aspects of the job.
