There was only one interview, very behavioral. I was asked situational questions (ie. what would you do). The community directors were very nice and made you feel comfortable. They realize that you are a student first.

Very relaxed and warm, they are looking for personal qualities that you can identify that are relevant to customer service and human interaction. Be sure to go in-depth into a few good examples and demonstrate a capability to have empathy for the customer.
