Really great, simple interview. Knew the decision within a couple days. Asked questions about myself and why I would be good for this job. Interviewer was very friendly and personable. Pretty much a straightforward process.

Spoke to manager initially in store after sign asking for hours to be filled was posted. Got called about 2 weeks later and had an early morning interview. Interview lasted about 20 minutes and I was hired on the spot. Simply had to relate to the manager to get the job. Very laid back.
