Interview
It was a classic postdoc interview, I came and gave a ~30-40 min presentation on my previous research project, answered a few topical questions. Then there were 20-40 min one on one conversations with the lab members. I mainly listened and showed interest in what people do in the lab.
Then there i attended a meeting covering my prospective project. Through the participation I tried to suggest possible project development pathways and demonstrate my understanding on the field.
It lasted about 5-6 hrs total, and I was absolutely exhausted at the end of it. Everybody was very friendly yet reserved.

Straight forward typical academic job interview. Standard 1 hr research presentation followed by discussions with current lab members and personal interview with PI. A lunch meet and dinner with grad students was geared towards a more informal discussion of life around Chapel Hill
