Prepare STAR stories for common question types like conflict, leadership, failure, achievement, etc. Interview done by either admissions team or external agents. Be confident, answer in STAR format, focus on your leadership skills throughout and do not forget to ask good questions in the end of the interview to show that you have do not your research.
