I am a more experienced worker (older 52) seeking a more or less entry level job to retrain myself. I had dozens of interviews and no offers. Then a millennial mentioned I should not wear a suit to the interview. (I was always told to show respect and wear a suit) i tried it and switched to dress shirt and pants and received 2 offers on my next 3 interviews!!

The HR individual was kind and very helpful. She affirmed my strengths and provided constructive feedback, which was helpful. It didn't feel like an interview, just a conversation. Also, she provided me with a list of question that Principal Investigator was likely going to ask.

Interview
Quick and effective, open communication about expectations of the position and their hiring process. Were happy to talk more about project details and details of the position. The interviewers were friendly and clearly excited about the work they were doing. They gave me a tour of the lab space and the building I would be working in should I get the position.

After talking with the lab manager, ono on one talk with several lab members.
