I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UNC Health
Interview
Bizarre experience. No screening interview, which is fine. Got on the interview video call to be find out the internship wasn't exactly as described in the posting. Didn't seem like the interviewer was familiar with my resume. Zero follow up from them subsequent to the interview.
Phone and in-person interview. Phone was 30 minutes and in-person lasted about one hour and was with three team members. The in-person interview was a combination of behavioral questions and a high-level case question or two.
