Interview
After filling out my online application, I took an evaluation. After passing that I submitted my application. A few days later I personally called the store and spoke to HR and asked for an interview. I got one set up for a few days later. The interview was pretty easy. I told her I was also applying at another business because I wanted more hours than Supervalu could give me. When I came back to that HR a week later to find out about when I would start, I had to apply all over again because she had thrown out my application. She misunderstood what I had told her. She thought I was not coming back. Arghh!
I ended up being hired at Supervalu and was trained and working in three weeks!
