I submitted my resume electronically to Unicon. This was followed by a 30 minute phone interview with the Consulting Director at Unicon. The client contacted me to arrange a face to face interview in Naperville. After the client determined that I was a fit for the assignment, Unicon made me an employment offer.

The phone interview was straight forward. There were no unexpected questions. We talked about my work history. The client interview was cordial, with some situational questions - "Did you ever have to work with difficult people who did no agree with the project priorities? What did you do to get them to agree?"
