Interview
Don't even bother applying to this company. Their FR dev team is obviously full of divas and unicorns that think that they are part of very exclusive club of super powered coders. Everything went well untill they gave me a coding challenge which was implying that you need to create a backend and a frontend application styled according to figma with a cors proxy and typescript and unit and end2end tests for 4 hours. I did whatever I could do for four hours but obviously that wasn't good enough for the devs who were evaluating it. It's not worth working for a company where the your future colleagues have such attitude. Obviously some one of the devs does not want the have more people on board and is trying to keep his/her high regards by the management by dismissing most of the applications because people didn't spent 12-16 hours to create the perfect app for them. I think that their next step will be to start giving out as coding tasks directly some user stories from their back log. This is a mickey mouse company indeed. Don't bother.
