Stay away from their process!!! The whole process is very manipulative because they use a lot of psychological ploys to gauge a candidate's reactions and then leverage those reactions to their own advantage. Think about if they already do this during the recruitment process, what will happen after you get in and work for this company? Additionally, it will be a very very long process for you, 4-5 rounds of interviews.
